Walked in on a Friday morning and was immediately greeted by Zander and Cam. I didn’t have an appointment but they assured me they could get my inspection done if I was able to leave my car (which worked great for me anyway). Once that was compete, Zander advised of a hazardous situation with my brakes, clearly explained what needed to be done, and confirmed the work could be completed by my requested pick up time. I’ll be a returning customer!

Very excellent experience. From mechanics to the reception staff, they had it all. They were very diligent and put the customer first - prioritizing your car and working after house to get you your car before they close for the weekend. The lead mechanic Aaron was very specialized in his skillset, especially for Subarus. He was able to find problems other highly rated mechanics in the research triangle ignored/couldn’t find. He also put an emphasis on high quality workmanship, inspecting all potential reasons for failures and making sure you won’t experience this problem again. Aaron also went above and beyond by examining other areas of the vehicle that weren’t part of the original inspection, making sure all parts are up to date. Finally his in depth inspection paired with his diverse skillset, allowed us to analyze problems that could pop up in the years following the visit. He made sure that your car wouldn’t fail again and you’re prepared to prevent the next failure. Very professional shop and highly recommend for anyone in and outside the triangle area. They also provide rides for you leaving and going to the shop.

I used to goto the Carrboro, Chapel hill tire and to be honest, this one is way better! They sent a text message with pictures explaining the things wrong with my car. Carrboro, nothing! This chapel hill tire is warm, welcoming and very hospitable. I’m not sure how the other location is allowed to operate half assed? It’s ashame. If all the locations were like chapel hill it would be consistent. I’m just happy I found a competent place to have my car repaired! Thank you Alexa, and the staff at this location!

My first time visiting Chapel Hill Tire Car Care Services on Franklin Street and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I went in to get my mini van inspected and they had me in and out of there faster than I thought. Also, the location is fantastic because you can walk around Franklin Street while you wait for your vehicle. Franklin street has lots of food and entertainment to tickle your fancy :) Overall, Great customer service, friendly and welcoming employees, fast service, and affordable prices! 100% recommend!

Complete scammers. You go in for one easy job and they call you to tell you that you have a bunch of major issues with your car and need to be fixed. Even though you go to a trusted auto shop back home and they tell you that your car is perfect. The prices for easy jobs are crazy expensive. They are just looking to scam college students who don’t know any better. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
